Refund & Cancellation Policy

Return Eligibility

Items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Some items are non-returnable, including: - Perishable goods - Custom or personalized items - Digital products - Items marked as final sale

Return Process

To initiate a return: 1. Log into your account and go to your orders 2. Select the order containing the item you wish to return 3. Click "Request Return" and follow the instructions 4. Print the return shipping label (if provided) 5. Package the item securely and ship it back Returns must be shipped within 14 days of the return request being approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. To cancel an order: 1. Go to your orders 2. Find the order you wish to cancel 3. Click "Cancel Order" If the order has already been shipped, you will need to wait to receive it and then initiate a return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please include photos of the damage when contacting us.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet: 1. Check your bank account again 2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time for the refund to post) 3. Contact your bank If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact our support team.
